Tine Nagy, PhD, The Inovaktiv Team member, in charge for Idea development, researching, strategic thinking and budget setting
Tine Nagy, managing director, earned his doctoral degree in business administration at Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana. Part of the studies he completed at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark and in 2012 he defended his PhD thesis on User Driven Innovation. As a part of Entrepreneurship Department at Faculty of Management Koper he worked on different research projects (innovation in SMEs, design thinking, researchers’ patent activity, entrepreneurship, sustainable development), where he authored or co-authored various scientific papers. He has carried out several workshops in the field of Design Thinking, Canvas Business Modeling and Entrepreneurship. He is also a visiting professor at different institutions and active in Creative Industries too. His main professional interest is designing innovation process and making changes in SMEs.
Lučka Cencič, project manager, graduated at Faculty of Economics at University of Ljubljana, acquiring her bachelor degree from Business Marketing. Part of the studies she spent at ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon in Portugal. It has a number of working experience public relation and social media, establishing marketing communication channels and management of sponsorships. She is also experienced (facilitator) in the organization of events, conferences and trainings.
Marko Horvat, The Inovaktiv Team member, M.Sc in service design, in charge for user research and service experience
Marko Horvat gains his master degree at London College of Communication (UK), majoring from service design. He obtains his specialization in character animation at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London (UK). He has experience in project implementation, service design consulting for various clients (Gorenje, Post of Slovenia, Maribor Development Agency). The development of service design in Slovenia contributes as co-organizer and mentor in educational events (Service Jam Ljubljana), as well as co-founder of the Society Design Service in Slovenia. His areas of interest are: user research, behavioral change , persuasive technology , co – creation , the development of creative processes , design processes in science , innovative business models and entrepreneurship.
